From the early days of exports to the Far East from the United Kingdom and the USA, through to spear-heading exports of ribs from Europe to the USA and importation of prime muscles from third countries to the EU.
We have translated part of our expertise into further processed items as well and we now cook and process in excess of 50mt per week of ribs at our sister plant, Newby Foods in North Yorkshire. This has enabled us to partner some of the largest restaurant chain operators and distributors in developing standardised material throughout their enterprises.
